The Keen Intellect Of President Obama

This is what you get when you elect a President who only reads speeches written by staff members from a TelePrompter. Without it they are exposed as fakes. The words they say really mean nothing to them, and they believe people to be fools who will believe their blatant lies. Elect someone with a brain in 2012. I guess it will have to be a Republican since the Democrats feel Barry is still their man with his disastrous hope, and change. Ron Paul should be the next President due to his respect for citizens, and belief in the Constitutional rule of law.

The Simple Meaning Of The Bill Of Rights

First Amendment:  The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot make no law abridging freedom of speech, press, religion, or assembly.
Second Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.
Third Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot quarter soldiers in peacetime.
Fourth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot conduct unreasonable searches and seizures, and will not issue warrants without probable cause.
Fifth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot force people to testify against themselves.
Sixth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot deny a speedy trial to a person accused of a crime.
Seventh Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot deny trial by jury to an accused person.
Eighth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot impose excessive bail.
Ninth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot assume that this is a complete list of rights.  Just because some are listed doesn’t mean the citizens don’t have others.
Tenth Amendment: The Federal government cannot exercise any power not delegated to it within this Constitution no matter what.  Not even for so called terror or by twisting the meaning of the Constitution.  All other powers are for the States or the citizens.

The US Constitution was not only meant to unite the States, and make us stronger but to also limit what the Federal government could do so it could never become tyrannical like the British Empire which caused the Revolutionary War.  Our war for independence that caused the birth of the United States Of America.  The Federal government was meant to be a compact between the States that created it, and not a national government.  The States are in essence sovereign nations who in fact have their own Constitutions.  Having all the power in the hands of one central government is a sure recipe for tyranny, and the eradication of individual rights.  Ultimately if the Federal government takes to much power for itself then it’s up to the States, and the citizens to reign in it’s power so that it may once again obey the rock solid law of the land which is the Constitution.

Currently the States don’t appear to be getting the job done.  It’s up to citizens to elect State Senators, and Representatives who will enforce their 10th amendment rights.  Not just speak out or pass laws they have no intention of enforcing.  The people must also elect US Senators, and Representatives who will reverse unconstitutional Federal laws, and restore our Constitutional Republic.  At present we’re technically a Corporatocracy.  Our government is no longer serving the citizens but rather major multinational corporations, and banks that have strong influence within the legislative, and executive branches.   Indirectly they also have control of the judicial branch since the later two branches appoint Justices to the Supreme Court.

Executive control is easy for the corporations since so much of that branch is never elected, and stays at their job for decades.  The election of a President and Vice-President is meaningless unless said individuals are willing to make radical changes, and go up against the awesome power of the numerous global corporations, and banks.  They’re just happy to attain such a prestigious, and historical position, and work only to serve the corporate powers that be.

Legislative control is achieved through greed.  Insider trading to be exact.  Lobbyists push for legislation that is favorable for the corporations, and banks they represent. Legislation that Senators, and Representatives have pre-knowledge about so they can invest in a way to benefit from said legislation.  If they only passed laws within their Constitutional limits they’d never profit.  In addition lobbyists may pass on insider information about the companies, and industries they’re representing.  There’s a reason why so many of our elected officials in Congress are millionaires.

We the people are the last line of defense for our liberties, and the ultimate enforcement of Constitutional law.  Either we employ the States to protect us from Federal tyranny, and refuse to comply with any unconstitutional laws or we elect honest people who will end the corruption of the US Congress by ending insider trading, reversing unconstitutional laws, and heavily reigning in the power of the Presidency, and the executive branch which illegally makes laws through Executive Orders, and so called regulations.  Only Congress may make law.  The Executive Branch is merely an enforcement mechanism for Congress.  In addition Judges may not legislate from the bench.  If we the people fail in our task of enforcing the Constitution then we will fall into the dark despotism of a corporatist police state.

Federal Government Does Not Equal National Government

A Federal government is one formed by it’s member sovereign members States, aka nations, for their mutual interests. The power of the Federal government is granted to it by the States who hold the ultimate power under the 10th amendment. Of course beyond that ultimately the power of the States governments is held by the citizens who are free to choose any form of government they like. Our current United States government is in violation of the Constitution because it is now in fact illegally acting like a national government that regards the States as it’s mere sub-divisions. This has been the case since 1860. If in fact the States were just subjects of the Federal government then why do the States have their own Constitutions?

Delusional Obama Believes Himself To Be The Fourth Best President In US History

The crowning achievements of Barry Obama’s administration are Obamacare, the tanked economy he still blames on Bush, and attacking various nations at will along with the formation of the TSA police state. Let’s not forget the aggressive attack on 10th amendment states rights as well. Sounds more like the worst President of all time. Many people actually yearn for the return of Jimmy Carter just to save us from the super malaise days of a Barry Obama. Let us hope we get a modern day Ronald Reagan to end this long national nightmare.

A Rare Real Reporter In The Mainstream Media

Amazingly ABC News’s Jake Tapper asks some tough questions at a White House press conference.  If all reporters were like that in the mainstream media, then our government wouldn’t be so out of control on a variety of levels.

Federal Court Rules It’s Not Illegal To Film Police

The First Court of Appeals has reached a decision that would allow the general public to video-tape police officers while they are working. This decision comes right after several well-known public cases have come to light involving citizens being arrested for video-taping police.

This specific case in question was Simon Glik vs.The City of Boston (and several police officers), in which a teenage Simon Gilk was arrested after videotaping Boston Police abusing a homeless man. While Mr. Gilk was not interfering with the police, he was arrested on wiretapping charges.

Interesting Presidential Executive Orders

Keep in mind there’s no mention of Executive Orders in the Constitution. What would be the point of Congress if the President can make up his own laws. An Executive Order is nothing more than a directive to government employees. Anything more is illegal and unconstitutional.

It is beyond odd that Ron Paul is clearly the front runner in the 2012 Presidential race yet the mainstream media ignores him even when he wins.  Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, and most mainstream conservatives either ignore or attack the most conservative candidate in the race who consistently had the same pro-Constitution views for decades.  Could it be that these so called conservatives are in fact neo-cons who don’t want the system to change?  Could it be that the mainstream media is more or less government controlled?  It’s not that far fetched considering the Federal government is a globalist corporatist government compromised by the same mega multinational corporations and banks that own the mainstream media.  These fools roll their eyes at Ron Paul wanting to end the mindless wars that cost trillions, having real spending reductions, eradicating the police state, and actually obeying the Constitution.  Hopefully Americans will see through this idiocy and stop electing the same neo-cons to power.  That includes Democrats as well because both parties pretty much have the same policies.  We need to end this globalist corporatist imperialistic madness that’s destroying America, and return to our Constitutional Republic of freedom that only uses it’s military to defend it’s borders.
