It’s Time For America’s Party In 2012

A true party of the people that will obey the law aka the Constitution instead of the neo-con Republicans and the neo-lib Democrats who ignore it and allow the Executive bureaucracy to make laws and wage war. Both parties merely factions of the same globalist corporatist party that represents the big corporations and banks along with war mongering about the globe while diving us into debt and destruction. There’s also the growing police state grid being put in place with the Patriot Act as it’s foundation. Real Conservatives and real liberals should join together to form a new party in 2012 to represent the common citizen and strengthen our nation while promoting peace abroad. There will never be a better time since real conservatives and liberals are now seeing that neither party represents their best interests or the best interests of the well being of our once Free nation.

We would insure such a third party would represent us by demanding their first order of business be enacting laws to more closely monitor where people in Congress get their money from. In particular any legislation that will effect their income through investments should be made an illegal form of insider trading. This would also make lobbyists passing along insider information of no use since they would not be able to profit from the legislation they want passed. Basically insider trading is the main reason why our elected officials are bought and paid for by the global corporations. This is why they never do anything much to benefit us or this nation as a whole. They are beholden to the international mega corporations and banks for their millionaire wealth. Hence the term corporatist party. Congress should not be full of millionaires. It should be full of common folks like most of us in this nation. Whether the conservative or liberal side dominates the party at least we’d know they were representing the best interests of the people.

Despite the illegal road blocks the two parties put up to stop the rise of third parties along with the mainstream media which is owned by a handful of international corporations, the power of the people can make it happen. At the least people need to wake up and see through the slick weasels who run for Congress. They need to research a persons past track record and what they said on various subjects to determine if they really are a true conservative or liberal instead of a lying deceptive neo-con or neo-lib. If people could do this then the Republican party could really be the conservative party and the Democrats could be the real liberals. Whether we form a third party or take back the two parties in power for the people something needs to be done soon because we are nearing the point of economic collapse, world war, and the silent suspension of the Constitution under a police state based on supposedly protecting us from terror.

The Rise Of Corporatism Via Relaxing Of Corporate Law

When American colonists declared independence from England in 1776, they also freed themselves from control by English corporations that extracted their wealth and dominated trade. After fighting a revolution to end this exploitation, our country’s founders retained a healthy fear of corporate power and wisely limited corporations exclusively to a business role. Corporations were forbidden from attempting to influence elections, public policy, and other realms of civic society.

Initially, the privilege of incorporation was granted selectively to enable activities that benefited the public, such as construction of roads or canals. Enabling shareholders to profit was seen as a means to that end.

The states also imposed conditions (some of which remain on the books, though unused) like these:

  • Corporate charters (licenses to exist) were granted for a limited time and could be revoked promptly for violating laws.
  • Corporations could engage only in activities necessary to fulfill their chartered purpose.
  • Corporations could not own stock in other corporations nor own any property that was not essential to fulfilling their chartered purpose.
  • Corporations were often terminated if they exceeded their authority or caused public harm.
  • Owners and managers were responsible for criminal acts committed on the job.
  • Corporations could not make any political or charitable contributions nor spend money to influence law-making.

The incremental power given to corporations has infested our entire society causing the Federal government, and the free market economy to become a corporatist entity ruled by the Fortune 500 and the wealthy elite plutocrats who own stock in those companies.  No longer does the government protect the people’s interests but rather the corporations, and banks interests.  And not even US institutions but rather giant international conglomerates.  This lack of allegiance to our nation causes the deterioration of our economy, and negatively impacts the citizens of the United States.

A Muslim Judge In The USA Imposes Islam On Citizens

A Muslim judge in Pennsylvania – who scolded a local atheist for offending Islam, called him a doofus and accused him of “using the First Amendment” to madden Muslims – dismissed harassment charges against the Muslim defendant who purportedly choked the atheist during a Halloween parade.

District Judge Mark Martin brought a Quran to court and told the alleged victim, American Atheists’ Pennsylvania State Director Ernest Perce V, “I think you misinterpreted a couple of things. So before you start mocking somebody else’s religion, you might want to find out a little more about it. It kind of makes you look like a doofus.”

The judge added, “I think our forefathers intended to use the First Amendment so we can speak with our mind, not to p— off other people and cultures – which is what you did.”

Perce had worn a “zombie Muhammad” costume and proclaimed that he was the Prophet Muhammad risen from the dead at the Oct, 11, 2011, event in Mechanicsburg, Pa. A “zombie pope” was also featured in the parade that night.

American Patriots Blog Opinion:

The United States nor Pennsylvania is a theocracy, and there should not be Muslim, Christian, or any other religious Judges imposing their beliefs on citizens within the legal system.  Such Judges should promptly be removed from the bench.

Is Jury Duty Unconstitutional?

The video above explains why jury duty violates the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 14th amendments. In addition jury duty also violates the 13th amendment, which abolishes slavery, despite court rulings that might state otherwise. Involuntary subjection to another is slavery so being forced to participate in the jury duty system is indeed a form of slavery. There’s no reason why citizens can’t volunteer to put their names in a local government pool of prospective jurors. There are enough people who are interested in participating in the legal process. There’s probably a good number of people who want to be on a jury but don’t end up getting randomly chosen. The bottom line is people in a free republic should not have to be forced to do anything by the government nor be penalized for voting, having a drivers license, or anything else that would get their names collected for a jury draft.

The Keen Intellect Of President Obama

This is what you get when you elect a President who only reads speeches written by staff members from a TelePrompter. Without it they are exposed as fakes. The words they say really mean nothing to them, and they believe people to be fools who will believe their blatant lies. Elect someone with a brain in 2012. I guess it will have to be a Republican since the Democrats feel Barry is still their man with his disastrous hope, and change. Ron Paul should be the next President due to his respect for citizens, and belief in the Constitutional rule of law.

The Simple Meaning Of The Bill Of Rights

First Amendment:  The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot make no law abridging freedom of speech, press, religion, or assembly.
Second Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot infringe on the right to keep and bear arms.
Third Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot quarter soldiers in peacetime.
Fourth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot conduct unreasonable searches and seizures, and will not issue warrants without probable cause.
Fifth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot force people to testify against themselves.
Sixth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot deny a speedy trial to a person accused of a crime.
Seventh Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot deny trial by jury to an accused person.
Eighth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot impose excessive bail.
Ninth Amendment: The Federal, State, County, and Local governments cannot assume that this is a complete list of rights.  Just because some are listed doesn’t mean the citizens don’t have others.
Tenth Amendment: The Federal government cannot exercise any power not delegated to it within this Constitution no matter what.  Not even for so called terror or by twisting the meaning of the Constitution.  All other powers are for the States or the citizens.

The US Constitution was not only meant to unite the States, and make us stronger but to also limit what the Federal government could do so it could never become tyrannical like the British Empire which caused the Revolutionary War.  Our war for independence that caused the birth of the United States Of America.  The Federal government was meant to be a compact between the States that created it, and not a national government.  The States are in essence sovereign nations who in fact have their own Constitutions.  Having all the power in the hands of one central government is a sure recipe for tyranny, and the eradication of individual rights.  Ultimately if the Federal government takes to much power for itself then it’s up to the States, and the citizens to reign in it’s power so that it may once again obey the rock solid law of the land which is the Constitution.

Currently the States don’t appear to be getting the job done.  It’s up to citizens to elect State Senators, and Representatives who will enforce their 10th amendment rights.  Not just speak out or pass laws they have no intention of enforcing.  The people must also elect US Senators, and Representatives who will reverse unconstitutional Federal laws, and restore our Constitutional Republic.  At present we’re technically a Corporatocracy.  Our government is no longer serving the citizens but rather major multinational corporations, and banks that have strong influence within the legislative, and executive branches.   Indirectly they also have control of the judicial branch since the later two branches appoint Justices to the Supreme Court.

Executive control is easy for the corporations since so much of that branch is never elected, and stays at their job for decades.  The election of a President and Vice-President is meaningless unless said individuals are willing to make radical changes, and go up against the awesome power of the numerous global corporations, and banks.  They’re just happy to attain such a prestigious, and historical position, and work only to serve the corporate powers that be.

Legislative control is achieved through greed.  Insider trading to be exact.  Lobbyists push for legislation that is favorable for the corporations, and banks they represent. Legislation that Senators, and Representatives have pre-knowledge about so they can invest in a way to benefit from said legislation.  If they only passed laws within their Constitutional limits they’d never profit.  In addition lobbyists may pass on insider information about the companies, and industries they’re representing.  There’s a reason why so many of our elected officials in Congress are millionaires.

We the people are the last line of defense for our liberties, and the ultimate enforcement of Constitutional law.  Either we employ the States to protect us from Federal tyranny, and refuse to comply with any unconstitutional laws or we elect honest people who will end the corruption of the US Congress by ending insider trading, reversing unconstitutional laws, and heavily reigning in the power of the Presidency, and the executive branch which illegally makes laws through Executive Orders, and so called regulations.  Only Congress may make law.  The Executive Branch is merely an enforcement mechanism for Congress.  In addition Judges may not legislate from the bench.  If we the people fail in our task of enforcing the Constitution then we will fall into the dark despotism of a corporatist police state.

Federal Government Does Not Equal National Government

A Federal government is one formed by it’s member sovereign members States, aka nations, for their mutual interests. The power of the Federal government is granted to it by the States who hold the ultimate power under the 10th amendment. Of course beyond that ultimately the power of the States governments is held by the citizens who are free to choose any form of government they like. Our current United States government is in violation of the Constitution because it is now in fact illegally acting like a national government that regards the States as it’s mere sub-divisions. This has been the case since 1860. If in fact the States were just subjects of the Federal government then why do the States have their own Constitutions?

Delusional Obama Believes Himself To Be The Fourth Best President In US History

The crowning achievements of Barry Obama’s administration are Obamacare, the tanked economy he still blames on Bush, and attacking various nations at will along with the formation of the TSA police state. Let’s not forget the aggressive attack on 10th amendment states rights as well. Sounds more like the worst President of all time. Many people actually yearn for the return of Jimmy Carter just to save us from the super malaise days of a Barry Obama. Let us hope we get a modern day Ronald Reagan to end this long national nightmare.
